How to make Lavender Syrup

How to make Lavender Syrup 
Ingredients:
3 cups water
1.1/5 cups sugar 
3 table spoon dried lavender
Instruction:
Put the water in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil,then add sugar to a boiling water stir until sugar dissolved. Turn off the stove and add lavender flowers. Cool and steep for at least 1 hour. strain off the lavender syrup, let it cool then pour into a glass container cove with the lid. I stored in refrigerator it last 3-4 weeks.

 I always make this recipe summer time, but you can make this all year long. Simple easy and very tasty Cauliflower rice recipe.
To make this Cauliflower you You need:
1 head of cauliflower (Sliced)
5 carrots (shredded)
1 white onion (sliced)
7 cloves of garlic (sliced)
1 egg
3 table spoon olive oil
1 tea spoon black pepper

Instruction:

In to a pan add olive oil and vegetables cauliflower and carrots, season with salt and cook for 2 minutes on medium high. Then add onion, garlic, mix well, cover with a lid and cook for 25 minutes.
When the vegetables tender add black pepper, turn off the stove and add egg. Mix well!!!
Serve and enjoy!

Chocolate Ice - Cream Recipe (No Machine )

I'm so excited to share this Chocolate Ice Cream (no machine) recipe with you. This ice Cream recipe is so silky, lush, simple,chocolaty and Easy to make.  I hope you all enjoy #summer2017. I made this chocolate ice cream with heavy whip cream also can be made with whip cream. 
Let me tell you something: If you like dark chocolate ,you should give this chocolate ice cream recipe a try.

Ingredients for chocolate ice cream:
------------------------------------------------------
2 cups dark chocolate chips or bits 
1 cup milk
2 cups heavy whip cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instruction for the chocolate ganache 
----------------------------------------------------------------
In to a small saucepan add milk,- bring in to a boil over medium heat. When the milk start boiling, immediately move from the heat.
In to a big bowl add chocolate chips then pour the milk over the chocolate, and whisk until smooth. let it cool for 15 minutes.
Instruction for ice cream base:

In the large bowl, pour the cold heavy whip cream and whisk until stiff peaks form. Add sweetened condensed milk ( combine with a spatula). 
Now add chocolate ganache in to the ice cream base and combine with the spatula.
Pour the chocolate ice cream in your ice cream container and freeze for 5 hour or overnight.

Perfect Asparagus | Oven roasted Asparagus by Natasha's Karman

          Oven Roasted Asparagus made Easy
I love asparagus a lot, but how to make them crunchy not sedgy? Well I made a video tutorial to show you step by step how to make perfect asparagus.

           
                         

Ingredients: 
1 pound clean asparagus
Pinch of salt
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
10 cloves of sliced garlic
2.5 tbsp olive oil
bake: 400 degree oven for 5 min

Instruction:

Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place the asparagus into a baking sheet  and drizzle with the olive oil. Toss to coat the spears, then sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven until just tender, 5 to 10 minutes depending on thickness.Yum

                                        Easy Tomato and Cucumber Salad

    My family made this salad a lot. Very Easy to make and its perfect for hot summer days. I love to make tomato, cucumber salad with fresh dill and fresh white onion.

    1 English cucumber or 7 small cucumbers
    7 vine tomatoes
    1/5 big white onion or 2 fresh white onion
    2 cloves garlic
    season with: Salt and Freshly ground black pepper

    How to Make French Macarons

               French Macarons Recipe (Video Recipe)
    Do you know making Macarons is very Easy. All you need is a lot of patients. When I made firs time, I fail. So than I try to be more patients and baby sit them. By the 3rd time I was like a pro. They are very beautiful and Tasty. You can make Macarons any colors you desire. Watch the video tutorial how to make a perfect Macarons.
                              

    Do you know The difference between French and Italian Macarons? 
    French method:
    is the most commonly used in macaron recipes, because it results in the correct texture and taste for the French macaron.
    The Italian method: is said to produce a more stable meringue because it uses a hot sugar syrup in place of dry sugar, but the downside is that it results in macarons that are too sweet and harder to bake correctly.
    ________________________________
    Ingredients: for  Macarons shells:
    1 cup of powder sugar
    3/4 cup of almond meal / flour
    2 eggs whites
    4 tablespoons of granulated sugar.

    Ingredients for Macaron  filling:
    7 tablespoons of room temperature butter
    5 tablespoons of  Cool Whip cream  room temperature
    1/2 cup of almond meal ( that`s my secrets ingredient )

    More Desserts Recipes:
    Instruction:
    Preheat oven to 350F degrees.Beat egg whites until foamy, then add sugar ,Whip until they form a peak that stands upright. Then add the food coloring. Sift almond flour, and powdered sugar.  You want a really fine powder mixture to create a smooth and pretty on top to your Macaron cookie.
    Fold flour mixture into the egg white mixture. Transfer batter to a pastry bag. Pipe out 1 inch rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Tap the pan hard at least 2-3 times to release the air bubbles. This will prevent the tops of your macaroons from cracking. Let them sit out for 25 mins, When they dry out they can't spread out in the oven, and are forced to rise up. That's what creates the feet! Bake for 10-15 mins.
    Instruction for Macaron fillings:
    Whip butter and whip cream with an electric mixer until pale and fluffy. Slowly add almond meal and whip until combined. Transfer to a pastry bag, fitted with a small tip (about ¼ " in diameter) Reverse cookie shells on their backs, and pipe a small mound of filling on one of them. Top with the other shell.
    You can  keep macarons refrigerated up to a month.

    One day I was in the mood for nutella I went to my pantry to see if I should bake anything with nutella. Than I see that I have a sweet bread and panini pan and decided to try this wonderful nutella paninis, Let me tell you something, They  come out really delicious. My family adore them. So ya!!!
