Florentine lace cookies

                                       
                          

                                                 Florentine cookies


     1.Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine honey, sugar, and butter in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil            over medium-high heat.  Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine nuts and flour .Pour honey-sugar mixture over contents in large bowl, mixing with a spoon to combine. Cool for 20 min.. Place on a baking sheet lined with  parchment paper,spoon 8 mounds of the batter onto the baking sheet,Bake the cookie until they lacy and golden brown (10 m).Slide the parchment paper with the cookie onto a rack and cool completely,Done.................




ingrediants

2cups sliced almond
2tablespoons all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stik)butter
1/3 whipping cream
2 tablespoons honey
