Roasted Salmon with Butter

Roasted Salmon with Butter


3 to 4 pounds skin-on salmon fillets 
2-3 tsp olive oil
2-3 tablespoon of  Lemon juice
4 cloves of garlic minced
3 tablespoon of butter
Lemon slices
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F: Heat the oven to 425°F with a rack placed in the middle. Line a roasting pan or baking sheet with foil.
  2. Drizzle salmon with lemon juice
  3.  Drizzle some olive oil over the top of each salmon — just enough to coat the salmon , rub it with the garlic over the salmon   with your fingers or a pastry brush,spoon 1 tablespoon butter over each fillet
     Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.  Sprinkle freshly chopped dill all over followed by a layer of lemon slices.  Place skin side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  4.  Transfer to the oven
  5. Roast until salmon is just cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes, checking frequently. It will flake easily when done. Sprinkle with more dill and serve.
