Oven Roasted Shrimp Scampi
1-1/2 lb of large shrimp that have been peeled and deveined
1.lb lobster tale
2 cup of Unsalted Butter, melted
1 cup of White Wine such as Pinot Grigio
6 Cloves of Garlic, minced
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Tbsp of Fresh Chopped Parsley
12 oz of Spaghetti or any pasta of your choice
1 tea spoon of olive oil.
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Process,
*Preheat your oven to 425 degrees, fill a large pot with water, add a generous pinch of salt, 1 tea spoon of olive oil and bring to a boil.
* In a roasting pan, add the shrimp, melted butter,lemon juice, salt and pepper, wine, garlic, and toss together well.
* Pop the shrimp in the oven and roast for 5 minutes, ( raw shrimps for 10 min)at the same time, cook the pasta according to package instructions then drain.
* When the shrimp is ready, add them to the pasta (including the sauce) along with the chopped parsley, toss and serve right away!
Add Romano cheese for better taste !!!!

Hi you guys in this episode I used Laura Vitale recipes, ( Laura in the kitchen ) and all so I add small lobster tales to my shrimp scampi. Very easy to make, all you do put all ingredients together and roast them in oven, how easy is that????
