20 pound of turkey
1 big onion or 2 med.
2- 3 tables spoon of olive oil
12 cloves of garlic
1 red bell pepper
5.5 table spoon of room tem. butter
1 table spoon sea salt
2 tea spoon freshly ground black pepper

Stuffing:

2 table spoon of olive oil

1 big onion

2 big carrots (shredded)

3 cups of water

1.5 dry rice

1 egg

1 pound of ground turkey

pinch of sea salt

pinch of freshly ground black pepper

pinch of red pepper flakes
