Homemade chicken noodle soup from the scratch                                                       

 Chicken Noodle Soup is classic  comfort food. Flavorful stock, fresh-cooked chicken, traditional vegetables, and  noodles lend starchy body to the broth of this favorite soup.This soup is delicious, and very easy to make.

  • Ingredients;                 
  • 3-small potato
  • 1-medium onion
  • 2-medium carrots
  • 2-3 quarts off water
  • 5 ounces dried wide egg
  • noodles
  • 3 pices of organic chicken
  • salt and freshly ground
  • black pepper
  • 1-handful fresh flat leaf parsley finelly chopped.
  •                    DIRECTION:
  • Place the chicken with the sliced onion in a   medium stockpot over high heat.Pour in only enough cold water to cover ,,about 3 quarts,,season with salt and allow it to slowly come to a boil,Lower the heat to medium low and cook for 25 min,until the chicken is all most done,As it cooks,skim any impurities that rise to the surface,add a little more water if necessary to keep the chicken covered while simmering, cooking,slice 2 carrots, 3-4 small potato and noodles add to the soup and simmer until the vegetables are tender.Add parsley and pepper.Serve hot!!!
