Roasted Salmon with Butter
Ingredients
3 to 4 pounds skin-on salmon fillets
2-3 tsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper
2-3 tablespoon of Lemon juice
2-3 tsp olive oil

2-3 tablespoon of Lemon juice
4 cloves of garlic minced
3 tablespoon of butter
Lemon slices
Instruction:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F: Heat the oven to 425°F with a rack placed in the middle. Line a roasting pan or baking sheet with foil.
- Drizzle salmon with lemon juice
- Drizzle some olive oil over the top of each salmon — just enough to coat the salmon , rub it with the garlic over the salmon with your fingers or a pastry brush,spoon 1 tablespoon butter over each fillet
Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Sprinkle freshly chopped dill all over followed by a layer of lemon slices. Place skin side down on the prepared baking sheet. - Transfer to the oven
- Roast until salmon is just cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes, checking frequently. It will flake easily when done. Sprinkle with more dill and serve.
