Chicken Enchilada Casserole
I'm in love with this dish. So yummy, very easy to make, simple recipes. I made this enchilada with chicken for dinner, can be made with beef as well. Why I love this dish? I'ts one pot meal, 1,2,3 done. Made a salad and we have a delicious dinner or lunch. Click here for a SALADS

2 chicken breast (sliced)
1 jalapeno pepper(sliced)
Salt (pinch)
3 table spoon Olive oil
1 onion (diced )
5 clowns garlic (sliced)
2 tsp sour cream
taco seasoning
14 oz. red enchilada sauce
10-12 tortillas
2 cups Shredded Mexican cheese. Yum
