GIANT DONUT! | The Big Donut

INGREDIENTS:

1 CUP (225 GRAM) CAKE FLOUR OR ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (SIFTED)
2 TEA SPOONS BAKING POWDER (SIFTED)
1/2 TEASPOON SALT (SIFTED)
1 CUP (225 GRAM) SOUR CREAM
3 EGGS AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
1 CUP (225 GRAM) SUPERFINE SUGAR
1 CUP (225 GRAM) UNSALTED BUTTER (MILTED)

PREPARATION:
1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Whip sour cream,
3. add 3 eggs at ones (whisk for 60 seconds.
4 Add butter (milted) whisk for 60 sec.
5 .Gradually whisk i the sugar for 2 min.
6. In 2 editions, sift in the flour ( until all tracks of the flour have disappeared)
7. Line 1 (8 inch pan) with parchment pape
8. Scoop the batter in to the prepared pan
9.Bake for 25 min at 350 degree ( 170 C)

Chocolate ganache:
1. 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in to a double boiler
with 1 cup of half and half and whisk util smooth.
