                          Mexican Corn on the Cob

We always love to eat corn summer time, but this one Mexican style Elotes Corn on the cob, as know street food. Something Way different, so tasty, delicious, made with parm cheese. you know me, I have to make my own recipes, so I add parm. cheese and cayenne  pepper. Let me tell you something. Must try!!!!! Enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
4 Sweet corn (cooked)
5 oz (14g) or 2 cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
1.cup of vegenaise 
4 skewers 
pinch if salt for seasoning 
1/5 tea spoon cayenne pepper
1. lime 

PREPARATION:
In boil water add corn and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes or until is very tender. Push a skewer through each corn ear. Then spread  them evenly with vegenaise or moyo. Sprinkle with parmesan  cheese making sure it covers all sides. Sprinkle with lime and cayenne pepper.  ENJOY!!!
