Cauliflower Rice Recipe | Healthy Recipe

This amazing vegetarian recipe is not only delicious, but also healthy. My mom use to make this recipe back in Ukraine, all credit goes to her... (my mama's recipe) I always make this recipe summer time, but you can make this all year long. Simple easy and very tasty Cauliflower rice recipe.

To make this Cauliflower you You need:

1 head of cauliflower (Sliced)
5 carrots (shredded)
1 white onion (sliced)
7 cloves of garlic (sliced)
1 egg
3 table spoon olive oil
1 tea spoon black pepper

Instruction:

In to a pan add olive oil and vegetables cauliflower and carrots, season with salt and cook for 2 minutes on medium high. Then add onion, garlic, mix well, cover with a lid and cook for 25 minutes.
When the vegetables tender add black pepper, turn off the stove and add egg. Mix well!!!
Serve and enjoy!
