How to make Lavender Syrup
Ingredients:
3 cups water
1.1/5 cups sugar
3 table spoon dried lavender
Instruction:
Put the water in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil,then add sugar to a boiling water stir until sugar dissolved. Turn off the stove and add lavender flowers. Cool and steep for at least 1 hour. strain off the lavender syrup, let it cool then pour into a glass container cove with the lid. I stored in refrigerator it last 3-4 weeks.
